The Design

Whether it’s manufacturing a handy tub for frozen fish or a 2,400 Imperial gallon potable water tank, our rotationally-molded products are built to last. In fact, many of our best-selling products are ones we designed and developed to meet a customer's need.

The Process

Rotational molding is a versatile plastics processing technique. Pre-measured resin is placed inside a mold and then inserted into an oven. While heating the mold, the machine rotates it slowly on the vertical and horizontal axis. The melting resin sticks to the hot mold and coats every surface evenly. The mold continues to rotate during the cooling cycle so the parts retain their shape and thickness. Once the item has cooled, it is removed from the mold.
